Shipping
After your order is confirmed, our artisans begin crafting or preparing your piece. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and estimated production timeline.
Every piece undergoes our 12-point inspection before being carefully wrapped in protective foam, corner guards, and double-wall corrugated cartons. Fragile items receive custom wooden crating.
We partner with DHL, FedEx, and specialized furniture carriers. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your shipment is scanned. Full insurance coverage is included with every order.
Our delivery team brings your furniture to the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it, and removes all packaging materials. You just sit back and enjoy your new piece.
Quality
All our wood is kiln-dried to 6–8% moisture content — preventing warping, cracking, and ensuring dimensional stability for decades.
Mortise-and-tenon, dovetail, and dowel-reinforced joints — traditional techniques that outlast any mechanical fastener.
Three coats of hand-applied finish: sealer, stain, and protective topcoat — sanded between each layer for a silky-smooth surface.
